I’d put on a lot of weight over the years. I was 112 kilos, physically unfit and not feeling very good about myself at all. As a school principal and a father of four children, I was also worried I was not setting a very good example and that I may not be around to see my kids and grandkids down the track. The turning point came when my doctor said I was pre-diabetic and I needed to lose weight. My wife had tried Lite n’ Easy in the past so I decided to give it a real go and do something about it.

I was very surprised by the style of food that’s available on the Lite n’ Easy menu. I didn’t realise you could eat those sorts of things and still lose weight. The lunches are fantastic for work. I often buy the salads and they are always fresh and tasty.

I don’t think being on Lite n’ Easy felt like a diet at all. It felt to me more like good portion control and being able to have a great variety of food, just good healthy eating really and you lose weight which is great.

From the first week, I started dropping the kilos quite quickly, which was fantastic because that kept me motivated. This was helped by the addition of some regular exercise which became easier and easier as the kilos fell off. In just 5 months I lost 32 kilos and it has made a world of difference. It didn’t feel like hard work at all. I actually enjoyed being on the program. I feel better about myself, much healthier and more confident.

I went back to my doctor recently and he was blown away by my results. I would never have been able to achieve these results without Lite n’ Easy. Now I enjoy life so much more!
