Before Lite n’ Easy I was 88 kilos and I had struggled with losing weight for a very long time. I didn’t know how to exercise or how to eat healthy, but I didn’t want to be big for the rest of my life.

With the help of my friends I got into a routine of exercising, starting with a personal trainer who helped me lose 4 kilos, but I wasn’t eating well.  I joined a gym doing workouts but I was still at 84 kilos because my diet wasn’t right.

It was April 2017 when a friend said: “you’re doing everything right with exercising but you need to try Lite n Easy to get your food right”. I ordered the Lite n’ Easy 1200 Calorie 5-day Lunch and Dinner Meal Plan and found it tasty and convenient during the working week. It was also affordable compared to shopping and cooking for myself.

I continued doing a few cardio classes each week and this combination of the right diet and exercise gave me great results which made me want to keep going. I added some weight sessions at the gym as well and this became my new routine.

In the past 14 months I have lost 30 kilos. I have finally reached my goal weight and feel amazing. I am fitter, healthier, stronger and more confident within myself. I’m really proud of my journey. Finally losing the weight and learning how to eat healthily with the help of Lite n’ Easy and adding exercise has been the biggest achievement of my life.
