I was determined not to gain too much weight during my second pregnancy, but alas my under active thyroid and a scare at around 10 weeks meant I had to take it easy. Over the next 7 or so months I did little in terms of exercise and I gained a whopping 23kg!

I joined the gym when my little girl was 10 weeks old. I remember my first class because I nearly died and thought about giving up. But I made it through that first class, then the next class and even the class after that.

At the same time, I joined Lite n’ Easy. I started on the 7 Day Lunch and Dinner menu and I was very pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality of the product. Soon the weight started to drop off.

Working full time and trying to juggle two kids and a husband, organisation was the key. Not having to prepare or think about what I was going to have for lunch or dinner was such a blessing. I even signed my husband and my brother up to Lite n’ Easy.

It has taken me 6 months to get back to my pre-baby body and actually I now weigh 56kg which is 4kg lighter than I was before having children.
