Last year I travelled to France in July to ride the iconic mountains of the Tour de France. To successfully accomplish this I needed my weight to be as light as possible as excess weight is said to be the climbing bike-rider’s curse.

Ten weeks prior to leaving, I set myself the goal of reducing my weight by 10 kilos and with the help of the Lite n’ Easy 1500 calories a day plan, I achieved my goal.

It certaily helped me to climb the mountains in the French Pyrenees and Alps and I feel fitter and healthier than ever.
