I’d been trying to lose weight for 2 years but without much success. Then about 6 months after we got married I decided to try Lite n’ Easy.
Being a shift worker and not being able to cook very often it made sense to go on the full meal plan. I never really thought of it as a diet though. I thought of it more as just a way to help me get the nutrition that I knew I needed.
As the weight dropped off I started sleeping better and I had a lot more energy at work. It was also reassuring that it was a constant gradual weight loss because I didn’t want to do it quickly. I didn’t want a crash diet because I knew the results wouldn’t last that way.
I’ve lost 14 kilos and I feel so much better. I’ve got more energy and I feel so much more confident. The clothes I’ve always loved are fitting me again and I am happier being in front of people. I really thrive in my work now that I am comfortable with who I am.
