I turned 50 and realised I was carrying a little more weight than I should. I love my golf and cycling as well as playing football with my eldest son, so I didn’t want to get any bigger as I got older. Instead I wanted to continue living an active lifestyle for as long as possible, so I decided to lose those few kilos.

My initial target was 85 kilos and I have already passed that now and can see myself achieving an ideal weight of 82 kilos.
