After having my second child I was a size 16 and the heaviest I had ever been at 87.7 kilos! I avoided having my photograph taken and rarely looked in the mirror. I spent a lot of time telling myself I wasn’t really worried about my weight as in the grand scheme of things my work, home and family life were good and I had a lot to be thankful for, but deep down I knew something had to change as I was out of control.
