I started Lite n’ Easy on January 1st after a tough year. I had been in relationship break up, changed careers and moved back to my parents so I was feeling really flat. I had been using food as a coping mechanism and I didn’t like the person I was seeing in the mirror anymore. I wanted to start the year fresh and really use this year to work on myself.

Don’t get me wrong, I have had my moments of weakness like most people, but I try to stick to the Lite n’ Easy Meal Plan for 5 days per week and I find that this, coupled with my gym routine, helps greatly in maintaining my weight.
