Tegan takes control

Beautiful bubbly Tegan is from Melbourne.  She works part time for the National Dog Training Foundation as a trainer, instructor, lecturer and assessor.  She is also single Mum to gorgeous 3 year old Alannah.

“Working and running around after Alannah definitely keeps me on my toes.  She is very full on at times and dog training requires high levels of energy and lots of running around too.

“I didn’t put on a huge amount of weight during my pregnancy and I was able to lose most of it after Alannah was born.  The problem was that all through my 20’s I had gradually put on weight, not much, just one kilo a year.  But after 10 years, that was 10 whole kilos and 71 kilos on me is quite heavy.  I am not very tall at all!”

“I first started Lite n’ Easy when I was going through my separation with my husband.  Everything was happening and this was one area I wanted to bring back under control.  I also wanted to kick start a new healthier lifestyle to give me the energy I needed to keep up with my busy life.
