Sarah took 8 kilos off in time for summer!
Sydney mother of two young children Sarah lost 8 kilos on Lite n’ Easy in time for summer and has kept it off for 18 months. Sarah wrote to Lite n’ Easy earlier this year with her inspiring success story.
A bit about me ….
I had slowly put on weight over a two year period (after birth of second child) – it was a slow increase, and came about largely from being tired and resorting to chocolate for an instant boost!!!
The catalyst for me was my brother-in-law’s wedding – I went to try on new clothes, and suddenly realised I was big – and nothing looked good! I came home, and immediately signed up with Lite n’ Easy on line.
It was great for me as I didn’t have to think about what I would be eating. Initially, I signed up for the full 7 day meal plan, exercised like crazy and had amazing results. From 69 kilos, I lost 6 kilos in 6 weeks and a significant loss in body fat percentage as well. The next couple of kilos took a little longer, but I hit my 60 kilo target in a total of 12 weeks.
Since that time, I have remained on the 5 day lunch and dinner programme with a few breaks for holidays, so almost 18 months in total now….by and large my weight has remained steady at around 60-62 kilos which I am really happy with – a very comfortable size 10.
The programme has suited me – healthy meals with no stress. Love the lunches and my husband and I both enjoy the dinners! And the benefits are more than just better eating – it’s a lifestyle change! I find I have more energy and patience with the kids, the cycle of eating & exercise becomes a positive one, and I have found more confidence. I even started taking ballet lessons again which was a childhood passion.
