Checking in with Ryan

One of Australia’s favourite TV stars, Ryan Moloney and his wife Alison tell us what’s changed in their life since Ryan lost 17 kilos with Lite n’ Easy.

“It’s been over 2 years since Ryan lost weight with Lite n’ Easy. He’s a different man now – so much fitter, healthier and happier. Plus he has more time and energy to spend with the kids. As soon as he gets home from work he drops his bag and is running round and playing with them. And that just wouldn’t have happened when he was bigger.”

“The biggest stumbling block of my life” Ryan adds, “was my weight. With Lite n’ Easy’s help, the weight is no longer a problem. We recently found an old photo of when we just got married and my daughter said “What’s wrong with Daddy? Is he sick?” That’s how big I was.

“I have so much more energy and time to spend with the kids now, it’s brilliant. For our kids to see both of us exercising and having the right food in the house – it sets them up for a much healthier life in the future. I know I am a much better example to them and that takes a huge load off my mind.
