Matt & Michelle move a massive 84.5 kilos and insure a healthy future

Matt who is 34 years old and lives in Sydney says “I always used to joke with my wife that it was her fault I had put on so much weight because I was so comfortable in our relationship and no longer needed to impress the ladies…..BUT when I was rejected for life insurance at age 32, I decided I had to do something about it.  I have lost just over 50 kilos in under 12 months.  Lite n’ Easy has changed my life forever.”

His wife Michelle explains further “ we had a few half hearted attempts at dieting over the years but never really stuck to them, as soon as we broke the diet it was easy to develop old habits again. Matt suggested that we try Lite n’ Easy after seeing advertisements on the television so we did some more investigating. After reviewing the meal plans and pricing further we decided that Lite n’ Easy was our best chance of losing weight and sticking to a diet. By the time we purchased groceries, takeaways, lunches every day and went out for dinner at least once a week we discovered that Lite n’ Easy would save us a considerable amount of money.

“For us the fact that the food is all pre-prepared combats our biggest barrier and that is time. We no longer have to worry about grocery shopping which limits temptation, packing lunches, cooking or cleaning up after dinner which means that we have more time to exercise, unwind and enjoy life.

“We started Lite n’ Easy at the end of July 2009 and the results were evident within weeks – that was great motivation to keep going. We have both far exceeded our initial goals and are a few kilos away from our goal weights. I have just purchased my first pair of size 12 jeans since I was 16 years old!!  Matt is about to re-apply for life insurance – this time I don’t think he will have a problem…
