Footy mad Marcus kicks off 9 kilos!

Marcus is a radio sales executive from Melbourne, a keen golfer and an avid Geelong Cats fan.

“Two years ago I was 85 kilos and 10 kilos over what I had been most of my life. I’ve used other diets…some worked and some didn’t. The ones that worked didn’t work long term and I soon put the weight back on.
