Bec prepares for wedding bliss

Over the past year Bec has lost an impressive 15 kilos on Lite n’ Easy and now, with the help of her mum Janet, she’s preparing for exciting times ahead after recently becoming engaged to marry.

“I started at 73 kilos and was a size 12 heading into a size 14. I knew I didn’t want to be that big, so mum and I decided to do Lite n’ Easy together.

Janet is delighted with her daughter’s results. “Bec lost so much weight and just looks and feels so much healthier now. She found a whole new lease on life.”
