Alison sails to success

World champion sailor, Alison lives on the Gold Coast and loves the time saving convenience of Lite n’ Easy.

“I come from a very competitive sailing family, I’ve got two brothers and we’re all world champions. I’ve sailed for 15 years and in that time won 3 national championships, 2 Asia Pacific championships and 2 world championships.

“As well as sailing, I’ve also got my own business to run. So when you combine those elements, life is pretty busy and you have to make an investment in yourself at some point.

“Lite n’ Easy has given me back the time to train. It’s taken away all those time consuming food chores and allowed me more time to do what I want to do.”
