Aaron’s beach body is all a matter of good balance

Aaron is a self described Sydney ‘beach bum’ who works hard during the week so he can enjoy the quintessential Aussie beach lifestyle on the weekends.

I first used Lite n Easy when I was 21, successfully losing 30 kilos for my wedding.  Then over time I used Lite n’ Easy ‘off and on’ to maintain my weight.

These days I take my weight and lifestyle more seriously with my goal to be able to eat, drink and play on the weekends and still look good at the beach.

Lite n’ Easy has helped me find the right balance.  I work hard, exercise and eat healthy with Lite n’ Easy during the week, then party and enjoy myself on the weekends, all while enjoying the beach body.
